I was at my son’s and his girlfriend’s home over the Christmas holiday. We all knew Holly was not doing well and the decision was made. Miraculously Brooke was able to come to their house and help, yes, the day after Christmas.

She was so caring and compassionate and she was able to make an unbearable situation serene.

They were one of many calls I made to similar companies and the only ones to call back and act like they cared. Tracy was so compassionate when I explained my dog’s terminal infection and even changed days for us when we weren’t ready to let go. When it finally was time, Dr. Bartell was prompt, professional, kind, knowledgeable and truly understanding. After explaining the process to us, I was having second thoughts, and she took the time to give our baby one last examination to assure me we were doing the right thing. Our dog did not suffer one ounce once Dr. Bartell showed up and we are so grateful. After our baby passed away and out of the house, we were happily surprised to see the back of her car filled up with blankets, flowers, and candles – to honor our dog’s life and have her ride in a car one last time surrounded by beauty. I would recommend Compassionate Veterinary Hospice to anybody and I will stand by that forever. I am so grateful for them making the hardest decision and experience of our lives’ a little less painful, as much as it was possible.

We called on a Sunday morning as our dear Scout had taken a turn and we needed to have her taken care of sooner than we expected. We are so grateful for Dr. Brooke. She provided such timely care, warm and compassionate. My children and I appreciate her and the home care she provided.

One of the hardest things we have ever had to do was to say goodbye to our dear and sweet boy, Mojo. Dr. Shanan was not only available to us, but also respectful and considerate, and he showed compassionate to us and to Mojo throughout the entire process. We wanted to make things as comfortable as possible for our loving boy Mojo when crossing over the rainbow bridge, and we were able to do this and give him a dignified farewell thanks to the help of Dr. Shanan.
