Peacefulness
While no one wants to have to be a return customer, we were so glad to know Dr. Bartell would be there for us a second time for our little lady Ebony. Dr. Bartell was able to work around our cat laying on us to help her pass peacefully and that’s exactly what happened. Thank you for helping Ebony pass peacefully and for being there when we all needed you.
Best way to deal with a tough situation
The end was coming fast for my 18 year old cat, and Dr Shanan was able to come to our house within 2 days. He was understanding, compassionate, and willing to answer my children’s 100 questions about what was happening. If you are unsure aebout whether to include your children in this tough moment, rest assured Dr Shanan will be helpful and understanding. Tracy at the office was also helpful and kind. Highly recommend this team.
Brooke was so compassionate
I was at my son’s and his girlfriend’s home over the Christmas holiday. We all knew Holly was not doing well and the decision was made. Miraculously Brooke was able to come to their house and help, yes, the day after Christmas.
She was so caring and compassionate and she was able to make an unbearable situation serene.
