Peacefulness
While no one wants to have to be a return customer, we were so glad to know Dr. Bartell would be there for us a second time for our little lady Ebony. Dr. Bartell was able to work around our cat laying on us to help her pass peacefully and that’s exactly what happened. Best way to deal with a tough situation
The end was coming fast for my 18 year old cat, and Dr Shanan was able to come to our house within 2 days. He was understanding, compassionate, and willing to answer my children’s 100 questions about what was happening. If you are unsure aebout whether to include your children in this tough moment, rest assured Dr Shanan will be helpful and understanding. Tracy at the office was also helpful and kind.
